It applies only to this website — enrollment records, daily care records, and other information collected at the center are governed by our enrollment paperwork and Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) recordkeeping requirements.
Who this policy applies to
This website is intended for parents, guardians, and other adults researching childcare. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide and a small amount of technical information that helps us run the site safely.
Information you give us. When you fill out a contact, tour request, or enrollment inquiry form, we collect what you submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, your child's age, your preferred visit time, and any notes you include.
Technical information. When you visit the site, our server records your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We use this to keep the site secure (for example, to limit form-submission spam) and to fix problems. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels.

Photos of children
We do not publish photos of any child on this website without a signed photo release form on file with us. Even with consent on file, photos appear in the gallery only after we have verified the release covers the use. If you would like a photo of your child removed, contact us and we will take it down promptly.
How we protect information
Submissions are stored on the server that hosts this website. Form data is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We restrict access to the data to staff who need it to do their job.
In the event of a data breach involving Florida residents' personal information, we will provide notice as required by the Florida Information Protection Act (Florida Statutes § 501.171).
How long we keep information
We keep website inquiries for as long as they are useful to our follow-up. If you'd like us to delete an inquiry you've sent, contact us and we will do so. Records related to enrolled children are kept according to Florida DCF requirements, separate from this website.

You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we have about you from the website.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete website inquiry records about you.
